Log in and link your account to use the self-service rental service

1. Choose the date and time, minimum rental time is 1 hour
2. Select the vehicle model

Confirm the following amounts are correct and bind a credit card to pay through a third-party payment platform：

1. Vehicle Rental: Charged by the hour / 60 minutes, rates vary by model（minimum charge is 1 hour）
2. Advanced Auto Insurance Plan：Waives vehicle depreciation fee, theft and property damage deductibles（once underwritten, the premium is non-refundable）
3. Mileage Fee：No kilometer limit, NT$3 per km, mileage fee calculated upon return
4. E-tag Fee：Automatically charged within 7-14 business days, please check credit card statement

1. Go to Member Center > My Orders to start pick up
2. Confirm vehicle exterior is intact, take photos of any existing damage
3. After uploading photos, open the door to use the vehicle

Return to the pick up parking lot and confirm the following are completed：

1. Follow the return location rules
2. Close all windows
3. Turn off the engine and power
4. Turn off headlights and interior lights
5. Return the key to the key holder
6. Check for all personal belongings
7. Return the parking card, fuel card, and vehicle documents to their original locations
8. Close and lock the doors

Confirm the following amounts are correct, payment will be automatically charged to the bound credit card ：

1. Billed Hours：Over 10 hours is billed as one day
2. Mileage Fee：No kilometer limit, NT$3 per km
3. E-tag Fee: Automatically charged within 7-14 business days, please check credit card statement
4. Late Fee: Charged by the hour / 60 minutes, rates vary by model
5. Vehicle Rental: Charged by the hour / 60 minutes, rates vary by model (recalculated if returned early)

*If any refund is generated, it will be returned to your credit card within 3 business days, please check your credit card statement
