Service Guidelines

The minimum usage time for each reservation is 3 hours (limited to 120 kilometers).
For multi-day car rental arrangements, please contact customer service to confirm the details.
If there is any overtime or excess mileage on the day of use, the relevant fees will be collected by the driver on-site.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure. Failure to cancel in advance will result in a charge for the minimum basic usage time (3 hours).
