Rental Terms
Lessee Eligibility
1.To rent a vehicle, Party B must present a valid driver's license and ID to Party A for verification. Party B must be at least 20 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience , have no criminal record, and have no outstanding fines( any outstanding tickets make the lessee ineligible to rent )
2.Foreigners must present a valid local driver's license and International Driving Permit (IDP), passport and credit card.
Promotion Terms
1.Vouchers are valid for weekday and weekend rentals only (excluding special holidays and consecutive holidays). Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
2.Monthly promotions are only applicable during the promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers (only ONE promotion may be selected).
Definition of Weekdays and Weekends
1.Weekend is defined as Friday to Sunday, national holidays and the days preceding them, and consecutive holidays including the days preceding them.
2.Weekdays refer to all days not defined as weekends above.
Rental Service Recommendations
1.To provide customers with better and more comfortable rental vehicles, please book in advance.
2.Any last-minute changes to pick-up/drop-off location and timing must obtain the Company's approval for vehicle dispatch arrangements.
3.Store operating hours are 9am-9pm (vehicle return deadline 8:30pm) Please visit the store desk during operating hours to handle rental/return procedures.
Rental Service Regulations
1.All rentals shall present upon vehicle release a valid "Rental Agreement" approved by MOTC.
2.The Company reserves the right to amend any fees, terms and conditions without notice.

3.The daily mileage cap for passenger vehicles is 400 km. For hourly rentals the cap is 40km per hour. Excess mileage will be charged at NT$2 per km.
4.The daily mileage cap for cargo vehicles is 400 km. For hourly rentals the cap is 40km per hour. Excess mileage will be charged at NT$3 per km.
5.If the vehicle is not returned on time or the rental is to be extended, the rights and obligations defined in the Rental Agreement shall continue to apply until the vehicle is returned.
6.The Company reserves the final right whether or not to approve any rental.
7.Renters without a credit card must provide their scooter title and license as deposit, or pay a cash deposit of NT$10,000 (either form of deposit is acceptable).
Lessee Responsibilities and Obligations
1.Party B shall return the vehicle by the agreed time. A late fee equivalent to 1/10 of the daily rate shall apply for each hour late, capped at one full day's rental for delays of 6 hours or more.
2.Party B shall refuel the rental vehicle with the specified type and grade of fuel. Party B shall be liable for any vehicle repairs and the Lessor's revenue losses if abnormal vehicle conditions or breakdowns occur due to improper fuel usage or substandard fuel quality. Party B shall legally operate the rental vehicle and is prohibited overloading or transporting contraband, hazardous materials or items likely to damage or soil the vehicle interior. Small pets must be kept in designated pet carriers to allow safe transport. The rental vehicle shall not be used for business operations or as a driving school car without Party A’s consent and registration of such use. Party B is prohibited from allowing any third party to drive the rented vehicle without Party A's approval and record of that driver's information. (Violations of the above stipulations shall entitle Party A to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and claim from Party B compensation for all losses incurred from improper use of the vehicle. In case of severe damage, Party A may require Party B to purchase the vehicle at market price.)
3.During the rental term, Party B shall carry their driver's license, compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate, rental slip and vehicle registration to present for inspection when required. Party B shall be responsible for paying any fines incurred from violations during the rental period. If such fines are paid by Party A on Party B’s behalf, Party B shall reimburse Party A accordingly. Any parking fees, toll fees etc. incurred during rental shall be borne by Party B. Party B shall also be responsible for all fees accrued from the date of license plate or vehicle detention until the date of retrieval notice. (Party A reserves the right to transfer liability for penalties to the driver.)
4. Party B shall exercise the duty of care of a good administrator to safeguard and maintain the rented vehicle. Sale, mortgage or pledge of the vehicle is prohibited. In case of any collision or damage to the vehicle, Party B shall immediately file a report with the police and notify Party A, then follow instructions to send the vehicle to the authorized dealer for repair assessment.
5.In case of any collision or damage, Party B shall immediately file a police report and notify Party A to arrange repair assessment at the authorized dealer. Party B shall bear towing fees, repair fees, rental fees for the repair period, and depreciation costs arising from causes attributable to Party B. If the vehicle damage is too severe to repair, Party B shall compensate Party A for the vehicle's market value. The calculation basis for rental fees during the repair period is as follows: within 10 days - 70% of the daily rate; 11-15 days - 60% of the daily rate; over 16 days - 50% of the daily rate. The maximum calculation period shall not exceed 20 days. Depreciation costs shall be calculated as 20% of the repair fees. For external repairs, Party A may request to have the vehicle restored at the authorized dealer's estimate. If structural damage exceeds 20% of the vehicle body, Party B shall compensate Party A at market price. (The daily rental rate excludes any promotional offers.) In case of tire damage, two replacement tires must be installed unconditionally (including wheel alignment) to ensure customer driving safety. (Party A reserves the rights to designate the repair date and workshop for any vehicle damage.)
6. Party A has insured the rented vehicle with compulsory automobile liability insurance. When Party B uses the passenger car in accordance with this Agreement, the maximum total compensation for any single accident causing third party death or bodily injury shall be capped at NT$2 million. If the amount of compensation liability arising from Party B’s negligence exceeds the above limit and scope (including but not limited to property damage, emotional distress, loss of work claims etc.), the excess amount shall be borne by Party B. If any additional insurance is required, Party B shall inform Party A to pay the premium accordingly upon vehicle rental.
7.In the event of litigation arising from this Agreement, Party A and Party B mutually agree to take New Taipei District Court as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
8.If Party B wishes to extend the rental term, they shall contact Party A to obtain approval 24 hours before the expiration of the original rental period during business hours, and complete payment of the full rental fees, in order for the extension to take effect.
9.For matters not stipulated in this Agreement, relevant laws and regulations, customary practices and the principle of good faith shall apply to ensure fair resolution. Where necessary, Party A and Party B may enter into a supplementary agreement.
10.If the vehicle license plate is impounded or revoked due to Party B’s improper use, Party B shall compensate Party A for all rental income lost during the license suspension period based on the vehicle’s original listing price.
11. The lessee must return the vehicle by the scheduled time. No refunds are available for early returns.
12.If any mechanical issues or breakdowns are discovered with the passenger vehicle, Party B shall promptly inform Party A or send the vehicle to the designated service shop for emergency repairs. Party A agrees to extend the rental period or waive fees to offset Party B's repair downtime, but Party B may not claim compensation from Party A for any inconvenience or incidental losses arising therein. However, if issues occur within 40km or 1 hour after driving off, Party B shall immediately notify Party A to handle, and may request a replacement vehicle. If Party A cannot supply a replacement, Party B may terminate the Agreement, and neither party shall demand compensation from the other. Nonetheless punctures and burst tires will remain Party B’s responsibility to repair themselves.
13.The passenger vehicle must not be used under the following circumstances:(1) To carry passengers or goods for expressed or implied compensation (2) To propel or tow any vehicle or object(3) For racing or other experimental purposes(4) For any purpose violating R.O.C.(Taiwan) laws or otherwise illegal(5) While intoxicated by anesthesia, hallucinogens or alcohol (6) Allowing anyone without a valid license to drive (7) Obtaining the vehicle from Party A by fraud or misrepresentation (8) Overloading strictly prohibited
14. If fines are incurred or license suspension triggered by racing over the 40 km/h speed limit, speed trials, stunt driving etc., the lessee shall bear full liability (including the Lessor's business losses).
15.Rental fees do not include gasoline. The lessee shall refuel at their own expense at legal gas stations based on actual usage.
16.The documents presented by the lessee must be their own. In case of document mismatches or other factors, the Company reserves the right to approve or deny any rental. Using forged documents belonging to others constitutes fraud, for which the Company reserves the right to pursue legal recourse. By law, the Company cannot rent vehicles to those who do not meet relevant requirements.
Privacy Policy
1.The privacy policy sets out how this website handles personally identifiable information collected while you use our services. The privacy policy does not apply to external linked sites beyond this website, nor to personnel not commissioned or managed by this website.
2.Any relevant personal information and rental details obtained by the Company from lessees are protected by current R.O.C.(Taiwan) laws safeguarding individual privacy rights. The Company may not disclose such information externally without consent.
